Order Policy:

·        Payments can be made by cash, bank check, Paypal or bank account transfer

·        Cabinets can be delivered assembled or unassembled

NOTE: There will be a service fee for assembled cabinets

·        Measurement consultation is available upon requests

·        30% deposit required when order is placed

NOTE: Remaining balance is due upon receipt of order

 

Shipping Policy:

·        Store pickup is available

·        Shipping is available upon requests

·        Additional shipping cost will occur for exchange

·        Shipping cost is non-refundable

NOTE: Charge vary depending on the size of the order

NOTE: Customer is responsible for offloading order that requires shipping.

 

Damages Inspection:

·         Products inspection is required on delivered goods while the driver is present.

·         Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of products

·         Do not install damaged or defective products

·         Picture evidence is recommended for proof of damages

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

·         Return or exchange is permitted within 30 days of receipt of products

·         A 20% restocking fee is required for opened/assembled returned or cancelled order

·         Special order (cabinetry) and clearance item may not be returned or exchanged

·         Granite may not be returned or exchanged

·         Installed products (set in place) may not be exchange and returned

·         Returned products must be in original condition and packaging

·         Refunds are only made out by company check

 NOTE: Check will be send out after damage inspection

 

Variations in color and pattern are a natural characteristic of wood. These variations are not deemed defective and not covered in the claims process or under our responsibility.
